Hugo Chavez, 58, has lost the fight to cancer. His vice president,
Nicholas Maduron announced his death to the world about an hour ago.
The late president undergone several
surgeries and cancer treatments. After his returns to his country from,
Cuba, where he had been receiving treatment, he never made a public
appearance until his death.
