A claim has been made by Cameroonian investigative journalist, Chief Bissong Etahoben, that the Chad President, Idriss Deby, has said he knows the hiding location of hunted Boko Haram leader, Abubakar Shekau. The claims according to Etahoben, was made at a press conference with President Issoufou of the Niger Republic, yesterday.
