A source in the Nigerian Ministry of Foreign Affairs told a national paper that President Mohammadu Buhari, has order a full investigation into how a wanted terrorise, Ahmad-al-Assir, was given a Nigerian Visa in Lebanon.
Ahmad-al-Assir a radical Muslim cleric was arrested in Lebanon as he attempted to board a plane to Nigeria via cairo.
