Apprentice abducts boss's son days after resumption

A 25-year-old apprentice, identified simply as Ayomide,  has allegedly kidnapped his boss’s two-year-old son  in the densely populated Ajegunle area of Lagos  barely four days after  resumption.

Buhari stops payment of special allowance to villas security guards

According to information, President Muhammadu Buhari has stopped the payment of a special allowance paid to security guard posted to the Presidential villa.

UNILAG students protest infestation of bed bugs on their campus

Group wants Gov. El-Rufai to sack Special Adviser on Trade and Investment Promotion

The Centrum Initiative For Development and Fundamental Rights Initiative, CEDRA, has given Kaduna Governor, Malam El-Rufai 48 hours to sack the Special Adviser on Trade and Investment promotion, Jimmy Lawal, over a well known fact that the latter, Lawal is a wanted man in the United States for fraud a fact the group claimed the governor is fully aware of.

4 people dead as trailer falls off bridge in Ojuelegba

Four people have been confirmed dead after a trailer carrying a container which is reported to be about 5 tonnes heavy fell from the Ojuelegba bridge and landed on vehicles, a car and a SUV below.
The incident occurred around 4:45 yesterday afternoon.
Shouldn't trailer, tanker and other heavy duty vehicles be ban from using the roads during the day to avoid unnecessary lose of lives. Some of the trailers driver also need to be enlightened about driving with care for other road users.

Charly Boy marries another wife

There have been reports online that the weirdest one, Charly Boy, born Clarles Oputa has married another wife.
Charly boy revealed this news in Abuja, in an interview with the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN). The 60plus year-old Charly Boy told the news agency that he had married a Nigerian-Ethopian who goes by the name Ify Koko.
He said he and his new wife met about year ago on a radio show.
