Reverend Chris Okotie war with former painist continues

The war between Revered Chris Okotie of the Household of God and his former pianist, is still ongoing as the latter has asked in a motion at the Lagos Magistrate court the the flamboyant man of God be summoned by own witness in an assault charge instigated against him in the church.
Oklotor Daphiaghor, for a couple of months now has been at war with Reverend Chris Okotie over money he claimed the popular man of God is owning him for work he did as a pianist for a period of 13 years. He is also claiming that the should be paid by the reverend compensation due for other music deals they did together during the period, he serve at the church.
Oklotor who insisted on getting paid, July 10, 2012, carried out a protest in the church premises during a church service and also on July 15, 2012, he went back to the church to carry out another protest, when his demand were not met by Reverend Chris Okotie.
He was arrested and charge with assaulting the man of God, preventing the man of God from entering the church and breach of peace.
Oklotor Daphiagbor according to witnesses called by the prosecuting lawyer, is said to be a volunteer in the church like many others.
There is claims from quarters close to both Okotie and Oklotor that there is plans for peaceful settlement between the two, but only, if the painist would write an apology letter to the reverend but Oklotor refused to write the letter.
The magistrate has fixed May 10 for the ruling of the application seeking a summon pf Rev Chris Okotie to appear with CCTV evidence of the allege assualt
