Court order NDLEA not to pay Baba Suwe N25million damage

The court of Appeal has overturned the ruling of a high court that ordered that popular comedian, Baba Suwe real name, Babatunde Omidina be paid the sum of N25million for damage by the National Drug Law and Enforcement Agency.

The money which was granted by the High court was due to be paid to the comedian over his detention by NDLEA official over suspicion of trafficking drug in 2012 that saw him being detained for over a week at the NDLEA office.

However, his lawyer, Bamidele Aturu has stated that he would appeal the ruling of the Appeal court by apealing the judgement.
