NCC set to ban Blackberry in Nigeria

The Nigerian Communications Commission, NCC, is making plan to stop the use of blackberry in Nigeria because of it noncompliance in disclosing of it encrypted communications.
This step is to be taken by NCC because the company does not go with its rules and regulations. Unlike other mobile device that allowed law enforcement agencies to have access to it communication, blackberry does not allow interception of encrypted or protected communications which is stipulated by NCC laws.
Where investigation is needed in a criminal case, law enforcement agencies will face a denial to blackberry network.
Under Section 13, NCC, empowers the National Security Adviser, NSA, and the State Security Service, SSS, to request access into protected or encrypted communications.
As a licensee, Blackberry has failed to provide, key, code or access into encrypted or protected communication when required by NSA and the SSS.
Blackberry as over three million users in Nigeria and because of it stern refuser to disclosed it encrypted or protected communication such as Blackberry messenger, email and web services, its user face an uncertain future, if it licence is revoked by NCC.
All said and done, what will you guys do if the licence of Blackberry provider is revoke by NCC.
