Foreign Breaking New- Man claims to poison passengers on flight from Hong Kong to the US

A Newark-bound United Airlines flight is carrying a passenger who had to be restrained after claiming that everyone on board had been poisoned.
The suspect was restrained by other passengers on board a 14-hour flight from Hong Kong. There is no evidence that the passengers have been poisoned, Eyewitness Newsreports.
United Airlines Flight 116 is scheduled to land at 2 p.m. at Newark Liberty Airport.
agents responding to the scene are prepared to meet the plane at the airport.
Law enforcement officials told the Associated Press that the passenger stood up and made the statement several hours ago and that the flight crew decided to continue on to Newark.
U.S. law enforcement officials have seen a spike in poison-related threats recently.
At least 10 ricin-laced letters have been sent to government officials in recent weeks, including President Barack Obama.
There is no evidence to indicate that the threats are related.
