Ekene Anoliefo who is reported to be the son of a popular politician is set to be deported back to Nigeria after serving 9 years jail term for rape in the UK.
The 38 year-old man was convicted of raping a 19 year old lady in Abardeen, who he had pretended to help but held her captive in his car then drove her back to his flat where he raped her.
Anoliefo, had hoped to keep living his life in the UK after serving his jailed term in 2012 and had been appealing his case. His lawyer had claimed that he had lived lawfully in the UK for 4years as a student and so it would be a breach against his fundamental Human Right, If he were to be deported to Nigeria but the bristish would have none of it.
The british see Anoliefo as a dangerous man and a sexaul predator and had signed his deportation document back to Nigeria.
