Yobe college attack: Death toll increases to 78

I am still short of words to describe this needless attack on innocent sleeping people by the, Boko Haram sects. I am still very shocked at what the president of the nation said about the state of insecurity in the country. I am refering back to the Abubakar Shekau issue, that President Jonthan said he knows nothing about at the presidential media chat, broadcast yesterday, Sunday 29, 2013.

Did, Mr. President just said, he was not briefed about Shekau's death or not? Begged for an answer. The Boko Haram, matter begged for a critical analysis. Why would the president of the country, play around a matter as serious as the Boko Haram issue. Why do Mr. President keeps hiding behind the fact that; Terrorism is a global issue.'

I think the president of this country is telling us that since, Terrorism is a global issue, Nigerians should continue to be killed needlessly. That will should have our eyes open and never shrink or gasps, when innocent children are murdered in their prime.

That will should applaud, when the olds are murdered before they are ready for death.

Here is what one of the victims of the College of Agriculture in Gudje, Yobe State said about the activities of the Boko Haram sect said .....

"They started gathering students into groups outside, then they opened fire and killed one group and then moved onto the next group and killed them. It was so terrible. They came with guns around 1a.m. and went directly to the male hostel and opened fire on them. The college is in the bush, so the other students were running around helplessly as guns went off and some of them were shot down.”

So sad.
