Wasila, according to information would be tried as an adult for alledgedly killing
husband and three other persons in their home in April.
The 14 year old had confessed that she added poison to the food she prepared which was consumed by her husband and the three others who came on a visit, to free her from her forceful marriage to her husband.

Wasila, who had earlier pleaded for forgiveness is charge in a new suit purnishable by death sentence.
After the hearing the case was adjoined to August 4.
But the Chairperson, Kano State chapter,
Federation of Women Lawyers, Hajiya Hussaina
Aliyu who is interested in the case has confirmed
the receipt of the legal documents, stating that
competent hands have been assigned to handle
the case.
