Opral Winfrey was transformed into her fantasy Glinda the good witch in Wizard of Oz, Willow Smith as Kali, Katty Perry as Elizabeth Taylor and more.
The Portfolio will be in the 32 international edition of the magazine with the US edition on the newstand on August 18.
