In part of a letter sent to the Chief of Staff which state: Re: Appointment of the newly sworn Honorable Commissioners " sent on Wednesday October 21st and signed by the Permanent  Secretary , Ministry of Youth and Social Development, Adenle O F, said

"I am directed to refer to the above subject and to inform you that the Honourable Commissioner for Youth and Social Development will be officially addressed by Pharmacist (Mrs) Uzamat Akinbile Yusuf. Consequently, any publication or correspondence should be stated as addressed above."

It was gathered that though, some members of the Lagos Civil Service especially the younger staff has accepted to addressed the commissioner by her professional title but many in the higher rank such as level 15 to 17, sees it as insolence from the newly appointed commissioner.
