It is now comfirmed that Beyonce is pregnant with her second child. She is said to be in her first trimester.
On Tuesday, the singer who is currently on a world tour promoting the Mrs Carter show, had to cancelled her Belgium concert which was schedule to hold at the Actwerp in Belgium on Wednesday due to exhaustion and dehydration until her doctor says she is ok to continue with the concert.
