Who rocks it best, Dencia or nicki Minaj?

Dencia wore her's for one of her video shoot and Nicki Minaj wore hers to the launching of her lipstick line. Funny, they are both plastic babes, if you got my meaning but please, who rock it best, Nicki or Dencia?
