The Nigerian Communications Commission, NCC, is making plan to stop the use of blackberry in Nigeria because of it noncompliance in disclosing of it encrypted communications.
This step is to be taken by NCC because the company does not go with its rules and regulations. Unlike other mobile device that allowed law enforcement agencies to have access to it communication, blackberry does not allow interception of encrypted or protected communications which is stipulated by NCC laws.
Where investigation is needed in a criminal case, law enforcement agencies will face a denial to blackberry network.

Reno Omokri responds to Remi Adekoya Article in Pres. Jonathan in the UK Guardian

Reno Omokri, Special Assistant to the President on New Media, has responded to an Article written in the UK Guardian on President Goodluck Jonathan by Remi Adekoya

Read below

I just read Mr. Remi Adekoya's piece in the Guardian of the U.K. entitled ‘Goodluck Jonathan's report card for Nigeria? Must try harder’ in which he praised President Jonathan for a booming economy but came down hard on him for failing to help Nigeria's poor.

When Adekoya says "Infrastructure also remains a problem. Without a modern road network, doing business in Nigeria will remain prohibitively expensive and logistically challenging", he betrays a surface understanding of recent events in Nigeria.

For example, before the Jonathan administration if you wanted to travel from Lagos to Kano you had two choices, you either went by road or by air. Today, under President Jonathan’s direction, Nigeria's railways have been revived and a traveler planning the same journey has a third alternative. He can travel from Lagos to Kano by rail at a cost of 1500 Naira which is less than $10.

Sumbo Ajaba and Pastor David Adeoye wedding cancelled or postponed?

Just when her children father, Tuface, was set to wed Anne, Sumbo Ajaba and her pastor,  David Adeoye of Royal Christian Centre announced that they would be getting married on May 4, 2013 but the day had gone past but no wedding took place between the two.

Instead of a wedding, Sumbo is currently holidaying in the United State with her children while Pastor Adeoye is still sheperding his flock even on the day of the supposed wedding.

According to a source who is a member of the church, I spoke with about the latest development of things. She told me one of the reasons the wedding did not hold on the supposed date was because some members of the church did not support the pastor getting married to Sumbo.

Man U manager Sir Alex Ferguson announces his retirement

The 71 year old manager of Manchester United, Sir Alex Ferguson has annnounced his plan to retire from managing the club. Sir Ferguson, who started managing the club since 1986 will retire on May 19 after Man United meets with West Bromich Albion, but he will be joining the football club board as a director and ambassador.

“The decision to retire is one that I have thought a great deal about and one that I have not taken lightly. It is the right time. It was important to me to leave an organisation in the strongest possible shape and I believe I have done so.

The quality of this league winning squad, and the balance of ages within it, bodes well for continued success at the highest level whilst the structure of the youth set-up will ensure that the long-term future of the club remains a bright one.“Our training facilities are amongst the finest in global sport and our home Old Trafford is rightfully regarded as one of the leading venues in the world.

"As for my players and staff, past and present, I would like to thank them all for a staggering level of professional conduct and dedication that has helped to deliver so many memorable triumphs. Without their contribution the history of this great club would not be as rich.

“In my early years, the backing of the board, and Sir Bobby Charlton in particular, gave me the confidence and time to build a football club, rather than just a football team.

“Over the past decade, the Glazer family have provided me with the platform to manage Manchester United to the best of my ability and I have been extremely fortunate to have worked with a talented and trustworthy Chief Executive in David Gill. I am truly grateful to all of them.”

“Going forward, I am delighted to take on the roles of both Director and Ambassador for the club. With these activities, along with my many other interests, I am looking forward to the future,”

“I must pay tribute to my family, their love and support has been essential. My wife Cathy has been the key figure throughout my career, providing a bedrock of both stability and encouragement. Words are not enough to express what this has meant to me.”

When did you come to America?

I migrated to the United States in 2005 with my ‘Green Card’ and was married like one year plus. And due to much envy, inferiority complex and insecurity of my former husband in Nigeria, we parted ways. But on arrival in America, life was so tough, very challenging as a mother of two. After a long while, I later took part in Hollywood films.
