Telecommunication giant, MTN in an effort to serve its numerous customers better is introducing a web-based self-service solution that allows MyCustomers request for specific services online at their own convenience time without requring an interraction with MTN Customer Care Representative.
Customers will enjoy 24hrs support and immediate access to information all available at their finger tips with the MTN Web Self Service portal.
